Quality Control
VIPCC understands that in order to achieve the results our company and clients expect, we have put together consistant quality control systems. These systems are used as tools for continued improvement.
•Log Book
The Log Book is a vital communication tool. Its used to record the needs or problems, and is
a two-way communication between VIPCC and its clients.
•Daily Inspection
Daily inspections by site supervisors record when work is performed; inspect for quality of
work; demonstrate areas of retraining or lack of understanding; identify tools for improvement.
•Weekly Inspection
Weekly inspections are performed by an off site manager. This allows a fresh outside look at
our contracts and provides the site supervisors with weekly feedback.
